SYNOPSIS

Different acquisition methods for 3D volume reconstruction enable researchers to get new insight on biological samples from tissues to single cells. Thanks tp Zeiss technology a new and breakthrough work flow for large volume 3D stack imaging at nanoscale resolution is possible. We will explore Serial Sectioning, Serial Blockface Imaging, X-Ray Microscopy, Airyscasn detection and super-resolution.
